Customize the Order Confirmation Email

Learn how to edit the confirmation message customers receive when they place an order.

Access Email Settings

  1. Log in to your dashboard

  2. Click your Initials in the top-right corner

  3. Select System Settings

  4. In the Settings panel, click the Email section

Edit the Confirmation Message

  1. Select the Order Confirmation tab

  2. Click Add or Edit to open the editor popup

  3. Enter your custom subject line and message content

  4. Use the editor tools to format your message
